Squeaky cheese, anyone? The Halloumi Making with Bubbles class by Omnom Cheese at Rosebery will take you on a step-by-step adventure into making halloumi with your loved one. Starting from scratch, this two hour class will start you off with nothing more than just milk and provides hands-on lessons in small intimate group settings that will see you develop the curd all the way into authentic halloumi cheese that you will be able to take home and enjoy yourselves. As per the name, there are plenty of glasses of sparkling wine along the way as well, and a recipe to take home after the lesson is over. There’s no culinary experience required, and all the equipment is common kitchenware that you can easily use in your own space; just bring a small container so you aren’t left man-handling your freshly made halloumi.
